MANILA, Philipines -- Through the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), returning overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and several of their family members have been put on rigid training to equip them with the necessary skills in finding new jobs particularly in the field of hair cutting, feet pampering and others.

According to TESDA Director General Joel Villanueva, the training aimed at tapping the skills and competencies of the OFWs and their families to help them find new jobs or start their own business. “We want to assure our returning OFWs that are being repatriated that is not the end of the road for them,” he explained.

sana walang age limit sa pghahanap ng work s ating bansa,
kaya natatakot ang ibang ofw umuwi kasi pg may edad wala na kukuha sa iyo.. samantalang sa abroad pinagtatrabaho pa sila
basta able to work pa..
