MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Bulletin is launching the MB Campus Journalists Camp in Centro Escolar University (CEU) on August 23 at its main campus along Mendiola Street in Manila.

The Camp features seminar-workshop on news, feature and opinion column writing, cartooning and photography for the staffers of CEU’s New Academe student newspaper on other campus publications and journalism and mass communications students from all of its three campuses.

The sessions will be headlined by the Bulletin’s managing editor Fil Sionil and popular media veteran Julie Yap-Daza, entertainment editor Nestor Cuartero, desk editor Nate Barretto, editorial cartoonist Roni Santiago and photography consultant Day Deri.

Manila Bulletin plans to bring the Journalists Camp to the universities and schools around the country.
