Cabiao police on mobile patrol responded to flash alarm at 8:40 a.m. to proceed to the MS Galang Gas Station in Barangay San Juan North, where the suspects allegedly tried to pass off a fake P1,000.
The suspects were arrested after their truck was cornered by Mobile Patrol officers at the end of a chase from the said barangay to the Gapan-Olongapo Road in Barangay San Roque.
As the suspects were frisked, they yielded the fake bills, the gun and two sachets of a crystalline substance believed to be metamphetamine hydrochloride or “shabu.”
