CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Department of Science and Technology’s National Research Council of the Philippines (DoST-NRCP) will host the 12th International Council for Science Regional Committee meeting for Asia and the Pacific this coming Nov. 11 and 12.

DoST Secretary Mario Montejo is expected to lead the Philippine delegation together with other key officials.

Expected to participate in the meeting are representatives from the 10 member nations of the Asia Pacific Region headed by Prof. Bruce John McKellar, chairman of the School of Physics in the University of Melbourne, Australia and Prof. Soottipon Chittmittrapap, secretary general of the National Research Institute from Korea together with other important personalities.
