Remulla envisions highest standard Cavite
TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite, Philippines — Governor Juanito Victor “Jonvic” Remulla Jr. and his administration officers are aiming to achieve the highest standard of governance and economic progress in keeping the so-called “Mega-Cavite vision.”
Remulla and his officers launched recently what they called “New Business Direction for Cavite Province” in a simple ceremony at Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City.
The event, with the theme “Cavite: First Class, World Class,” was attended by development stakeholders in the province particularly from the business sector. Officials said that it signalled the start of a more vigorous campaign to keep Cavite recognized as “the Enterprise Province of the Philippines.”
They said the move will open Cavite to business further, particularly with foreign direct investors or service providers and strengthen public-private partnerships.
During the event, the provincial officials also unveiled the Cavite GoBiz new logo for small and medium enterprises, cooperatives and other domestic investments in the province.
The “New Business Direction” involved progressive local governance to support an environment appropriate for business and investments.
Cavite province is the most frequently-visited area by both local and foreign tourists after the National Capital Region (NCR) or Metro Manila, based on national records.
The province is also the favorite destination of investors due to its economic zones and proximity to Metro Manila.
