Biñan 2nd Puto-Latik Festival

BIÑAN CITY, Laguna, Philippines — This city is now celebrating its 2nd Puto-Latik Festival, which coincides with the city’s 67th Liberation Day.

The festival which was started last January 26 and will end on February 5 has scheduled a lot of activities including the Maglalatik Street Dance Competition; the Grand Float Parade; the Miss Biñan Coronation Night; a tree-planting activity; and the Biñan Trade Fair.

Mayor Marlyn "Lenlen" Alonte-Naguiat said the festival with a theme "Makisaya, Makisayaw, Maki-isa," also marked their 2nd cityhood anniversary.

She also thanked the organizers and her constituents for their effort in promoting the festival, witnessed by local and foreign tourists.
