CAMP GEN. PANTALEON GARCIA, IMUS, Cavite, Philippines — The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) here launched this week “Oplan: Band of Brothers” with its first operation resulting in the arrest of two brothers in the most wanted list in Dasmariñas City.

“Band of Brothers” is an operation plan which targets brothers or family members involved in crimes.

Earlier this week, brothers Alejandro and Arnulfo D. R. de Vera – wanted for allegedly killing one Ruel T. Reyes — were arrested in Barangay Sta. Maria, Dasmariñas City.

They were arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Imus Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 22 Judge Cesar Mangrobang.

Launched by Senior Supt. John C. Bulalacao, PPO director, and Supt. Romeo A. Baleros, Intelligence Branch (IB) Office chief, the new Oplan will also go after brothers and family members involved in syndicated illegal activities in Cavite.
