PRC: 2,218 pass physician licensure exams

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) yesterday announced that 2,218 out of 2,730 passed the Physician Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila, Cebu and Davao last August 2014.

The successful examinees in the August 2014 Physician Licensure Examination who garnered the ten highest places are the following: (1) Raymund Martin Sia Li, Cebu Institute of Medicine, 89.58; Eric Royd Fanco Talavera, University Of Santo Tomas, 89.58; (2) Francis Gerwin Uy Jalipa, Davao Medical School Foundation, 89.50; (3) Grace Cua Arviola, San Beda College, 89.42; (4) Mairre James Sumang Gaddi, University of the Philippines-Manila, 89.25; Jessica Mae Dimalanta Sanchez , University of Santo Tomas, 89.25; Lean Angelo Ang Silverio, University of Santo Tomas, 89.25; (5) Scott Riley Kua Ong, University of the Philippines-Manila, 89.17; Debbie Rose Uy Tanengsy, Cebu Institute Of Medicine, 89.1; (6) Charlie Alberca Clarion, Davao Medical School Foundation, 88.92; (7) Kevin Bryan Uy Lo, University of Santo Tomas, 88.75; (8) Ann Norizal Del Rosario Lopez, Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, 88.50; (9) Lorayne Ann Lim Chua, University of Santo Tomas, 88.33, and (10) Ryan Anthony Francisco Agas, University of Santo Tomas, 88.25.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on Sept. 11, 12, 15 and 16. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), one passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of metered documentary stamps and one short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2014-2017. Successful examinees should personally register and sign on the Roster of Registered Professionals.
