Cheetahs need your help to go to Peru

MANILA, Philippines — They’re not just any old cheetah, they’re GOOD CHEETAHS!! (So good, in fact, that they need the double exclamation point.)

Something else they’re not? Four-legged.

These cheetahs are of the human variety, and they need your help to vacation in Peru.

Comprised of a group of students taking up their master’s degree in Management from the University of the Philippines Mindanao, all the while working full time, the GOOD CHEETAHS! joined a contest organized by Intrepid Travel.

The rules of the contest are simple enough: create a team (maximum 11 members, that includes you), take a photo of said team, then tell the world why you need to win. The prize? An all-expense paid trip to Peru to explore the wonders of Machu Picchu.

The GOOD CHEETAHS! apparently has what it takes because as of this writing the team already has over a thousand votes. Other contenders come from the UK, Portugal, Ireland, and Malaysia/China.

The GOOD CHEETAHS!, made up of professionals from various sectors (education, government, NGOs, banking and food industries), is the only Filipino team in the top 5.
