MANILA, Philippines--On GMA-7’s “Ang Kambal ni Eliana” set to air sometime April, Kristofer Martin yet again plays the role of a snatcher just like on “Munting Heredera” a few years back.
Though it’s one of his biggest breaks yet, Bulletin Entertainment just had ask the teener: How does it feel that he is seemingly being typecast as, well, a thief?
“Na-cha-challenge ako in a way na talagang kailangan kong baguhin talaga ‘yung atake ko dito. Ayaw ko kasing pare-pareho ang ganap, eh.”
Kristofer has been preparing for the role by undergoing workshops. He already has a “peg” for his career path, none other than Kapuso actor Gabby Eigenmann.
“Mas gusto kong maging kontra bida like Gabby.
Cast mostly in dramas in the past, the budding actor would also like to try comedy. If he can squeeze it into his busy schedule, Kristofer would like to study directing film, preferably at the Asia Pacific Film Institute. Note that he took up Entrepreneurship at San Beda before he broke into show business.
Walang masyadong limitations.”
But when asked if he is ready for sexy scenes, Kristofer balked.
Like a snatcher torn between conscience and need. Just perfect.
