Typhoon “Odette” in the making
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said there is a possibility that a low pressure area (LPA) will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) today (Sept. 7 as it gears near towards the country.
Weather forecaster Gladys Saludes, however, noted that the inclement weather condition will not be immediately felt but there is a great possibility that it will turn to a typhoon that will be named “Odette’’.
In the meantime, Metro Manila and a large part of Luzon will continue to experience good weather. Palawan and the regions of Palawan, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, CARAGA, and Davao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms. (Chito Chavez)
