Bulacan police operatives apprehended on Monday, Nov. 13, nine individuals for violating the Omnibus Election Code (OEC), involvement in drug-related activities, and other criminal offenses.
Based on reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, the Norzagaray police in collaboration with the Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit and City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) police arrested a 49-year-old man involved in a robbery at a convenience store in Brgy. Matictic, Norzagaray, on Saturday Nov. 10.
Authorities said that during investigation, the robbery suspect was identified as a former worker at the convenience store, police added.
The suspect was collared in Francisco Homes, Brgy. Guijo, CSJDM.

Before his arrest, two men were also nabbed by the police during their operation for obstruction of justice after they tried to hinder the authorities from arresting the suspect who managed to escape before getting caught in Barangay Guijo.
Confiscated from the suspect was a .45-caliber pistol loaded with one magazine clip and three live ammunition.
A subsequent search at the residence of the suspect led to the recovery of two replica pistols, motorcycle keys, and garments involved in the robbery.
The arrested individuals are currently facing criminal complaints for robbery, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition (in relation to the Omnibus Election Code), and obstruction of justice.
Meanwhile, warrant officers of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) with San Rafael police tracked down and served the arrest order to a 27-year-old man who is wanted for carnapping (violation of Republic Act 10883).
The warrant of arrest against the suspect was issued by the Regional Trial Court of the Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 19, City of Bacoor, Cavite.
Similarly, the tracker team of CSJDM police arrested a 40-year-old man wanted for violation of Section 12, Article II of R.A. 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act 2002)
Furthermore, in Panasahan, Malolos City, three drug suspects were apprehended during an entrapment operation.
Confiscated from them were five folded papers containing suspected dried marijuana leaves valued at P6,000; and marked money.
Calumpit police also arrested an alleged drug peddler for possession of three sachets of suspected shabu valued at P6,800 during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Gatbuca, Calumpit.
