LPA east of N. Luzon develops into 'Domeng'

The state weather bureau, on Thursday afternoon, June 30, confirmed that the low pressure area (LPA) east of northern Luzon has developed into tropical depression Domeng, the fourth tropical cyclone to develop in the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) in 2022.

Tropical cyclone bulletins will be issued beginning 5 p.m., said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

PAGASA, in a Facebook post, said that the LPA formed into a tropical depression at 2 p.m.
